Overview

Eric T. Stern graduated from the University of New Hampshire, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. in History in 2001 and obtained his J.D. from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law) in 2004. Attorney Stern began his legal career working with the firm of Duval & Associates in Lowell, Massachusetts, as assistant to the firm’s managing member, handling New Hampshire-based projects. Attorney Stern worked primarily in telecommunications, real estate, zoning, land use, renewable energy, business entities, contracts, wealth preservation, estate planning, and general permitting.

Branching off and “hanging a shingle” for himself in 2010, Attorney Stern has focused on assisting clients in the areas of telecommunications, land use, real estate, contracts, estate planning, and business entities. Tapping into his many years of experience as a library director, he has also advised several of New Hampshire’s two-hundred thirty-four (yes, 234!) public libraries on an array of legal matters.
